ALL BOXERS MUST HAVE AN ANNUAL PHYSICAL WITH “FIT TO BOX” FORM INSIDE THEIR PASSBOOKS. This is MANDATORY and athletes WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE without this form.
Gulf LBC has arranged for an opportunity for athletes to get their physicals done this FRIDAY, JUNE 24th at 5pm in HUMBLE, TX at the registration for the Battle of the Universe tournament.

Fill out the medical history portion and athletes under age 18 must have a parent signature. Physicals will cost $10.
THIS REQUIREMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATHLETE. THIS WILL BE THE FINAL TIME THAT GULF WILL ARRANGE FOR DOCTORS TO CONDUCT PHYSICALS. ANNUAL PHYSICALS WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED AT FUTURE SHOWS.
