This is for the 15-16 & 17-18 year old divisions.
January 18-26 in Spokane, WA – 2014 USA National Championships
This is ONLY for the Elite 19-40 year old division with NO headgear for Men & with headgear for Women.Note that in the new rulebook, Men must have 20 or more bouts to compete in the Men’s Elite division. Women are required to have 5 or more bouts to compete in the Elite division.
Fact Sheets for the two January tournaments will be posted on USABoxing.org in early November. Registration for these events will be done online.
Dates & Location for the 2014 USA Senior Men’s National Championships have not yet been decided.
This will be for the 19-40 year old division WITH headgear.
USA Boxing anticipates this tournament taking place sometime between June & August.
NOTE: ALL of the above three National tournaments will be OPEN registration events, with no requirements of qualification via a state or regional tournament.
There will likely not be a Region 8 (Texas) tournament held for the Elite, Senior, Youth, nor Junior divisions before these National tournaments.
