Reminder,
We have a Board of Governors Meeting scheduled for July 13th, 2013 (Saturday), and we must make appropriate preparations to conduct a professional meeting. I am in the process of formulating an agenda for the meeting. For example, we will be conducting the BoD Athlete Representative candidates selection and election by athletes If you have any item or subject that you would like to add to the agenda please let me know as soon as possible. I will format the agenda to be in compliance with our by-laws; with more details implemented into it. I will need reports from the Officers and Chairpersons to include the Financial Report and Registration Report to inform the membership of where we stand in those areas. I would like to keep the meeting to within 2-3 hours at the most. I will attempt to rotate the site of the meetings through out the association. Here is the pertinent information for this meeting:
